Our client is a globally recognised luxury hotel brand operating an upscale lifestyle property in Singapore's central business district.
Job Scope:
- Deliver a warm and professional guest experience through efficient check-in and check-out processes, accurate reservation handling, room allocation, and prompt resolution of guest enquiries and concerns.
- Ensure seamless front office operations by managing guest accounts, payments, correspondence, luggage coordination, and maintaining accurate records within the property management system.
- Enhance guest satisfaction by providing personalised service, recognising VIP and repeat guests, handling feedback with care, and supporting upselling and loyalty programme opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments while maintaining compliance with hotel policies, financial controls, safety standards, and contributing to a smooth and well-coordinated front desk operation.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred, with 1–3 years of experience in Front Office or guest-facing roles within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Familiarity with property management systems (e.g., Fidelio or similar) is an advantage, along with good organisational and administrative abilities.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
