Marketing Graphic Designer [Hotel/ Central]

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Our client is a leading player in the hospitality industry. They are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Graphic Designer to join their latest expansion. In this role, you will support marketing campaigns, hotel promotions, events, and digital initiatives by creating engaging designs that enhance brand awareness and guest engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Content Creation

  • Design marketing materials such as posters, menus, brochures, banners, EDMs, and promotional collaterals
  • Create digital assets for social media, websites, online campaigns, and advertisements
  • Develop creative concepts that align with brand and campaign objectives
  • Support photography selection, image retouching, and basic video editing

Branding & Marketing Support

  • Ensure consistency across all visual communications and branding materials
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Events, F&B, and other departments on campaigns and promotional activities
  • Contribute creative ideas for seasonal campaigns, hotel events, and guest engagement initiatives
  • Stay updated with design trends and hospitality marketing best practices

Project Coordination

  • Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and business priorities
  • Prepare artwork files for print and digital production
  • Liaise with external vendors, printers, and production partners to ensure quality and timely delivery
  • Maintain organised libraries of design assets, templates, and marketing materials

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, retail, or luxury brands
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Knowledge of photography, video editing, and content creation is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
