Our client is a globally recognised luxury hotel brand operating an upscale lifestyle property in Singapore's central business district.
Job Scope:
- Deliver exceptional guest arrival and departure experiences by ensuring warm welcomes, efficient luggage handling, room escorts, transportation coordination, and proactive assistance to meet guest needs and preferences.
- Oversee Bell Desk and Concierge operations, ensuring smooth management of luggage services, transportation arrangements, guest requests, and accurate coordination of all concierge-related activities.
- Lead, train, and support the Bell Desk and Concierge team through effective supervision, daily briefings, task delegation, performance management, and fostering a high standard of service excellence.
- Ensure operational efficiency, safety, and compliance by maintaining accurate documentation, supporting manpower planning and reporting, upholding security procedures, and collaborating closely with other hotel departments.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field, with 2 years of experience in Bell Desk, Concierge, or Front Office operations within a luxury hotel environment.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred, with strong knowledge of guest services, concierge operations, and luxury hospitality standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s attractions, transportation, and hospitality systems, with proficiency in hotel systems and Microsoft Office, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
