Receiving Clerk (Central)

Work Hours: 5 days work week (9am-6pm)

Our client is a globally recognised luxury hotel brand operating an upscale lifestyle property in Singapore's central business district.
Job Scope:
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods to ensure accuracy in quantity, quality, and condition, while matching deliveries against purchase orders and supplier documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock control by recording goods movements, supporting stock counts, audits, and ensuring proper tracking within hotel systems.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of goods across departments, maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency in receiving and warehouse areas.
- Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain compliance with hotel safety and operational standards.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in receiving, storekeeping, inventory control, or a similar operational role is preferred.
- Strong organisational, administrative, and basic computer skills, with familiarity in inventory or stock management systems.
- Physically fit with the ability to handle goods and deliveries, combined with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills in English, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining a responsible and positive attitude.
