Job Summary

You will manage mail handling, visitor registration with contact declaration checks, office security, and facilities maintenance while ensuring safety compliance and supporting administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming mail to ensure timely distribution within the company
  • Register visitors and verify their contact declaration forms before directing them to designated holding areas
  • Notify staff promptly of visitor arrivals to facilitate smooth communication
  • Monitor and track staff movements in and out of company premises to maintain security awareness
  • Maintain office security by controlling access at the reception and monitoring the visitors’ logbook
  • Operate the Public Address (PA) system to make announcements as needed
  • Report any faults or leaks at the diesel pump station to supervisors for prompt action
  • Enforce company safety procedures and policies for all vehicles during diesel refueling
  • Act as first responder by contacting DECAM service provider immediately when the fire alarm panel is triggered
  • Manage facilities matters including routine maintenance servicing and arranging repairs to ensure operational readiness
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management to support office operations

Required competencies and certifications

  • Ability to operate email systems to support communication and administrative tasks
  • Physical fitness to perform duties including monitoring premises and handling facilities tasks
  • Commitment to work 3 days per week, 7am to 7pm
