HR EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities
· Process monthly payroll, claims, and HR reports
· Manage Work Permit / S Pass / EP applications, renewals, cancellations
· Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
· Handle onboarding, offboarding, and issuance of HR letters
· Administer leave, attendance, and staff benefits
· Ensure compliance with MOM, CPF, IRAS and company policies
· Support HR audits, inspections, and internal controls
· Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors on manpower deployment.
· Assist in recruitment, interviews, and job posting.
Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in HR / Business Administration or equivalent
· Minimum 2 years of HR experience preferred
· Strong knowledge of MOM regulations and HR compliance
· Proficient in HRIS, MS Office, and digital documentation
· Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions
· Location: Tampines office
· Working Hours: 6day (Alternate Saturdays)
