F&B Floor Supervisor (Central)

Location: Somerset

Work Hours: 5 days work week

Salary: Up to $3,200

Our client is a globally recognised luxury hotel brand operating an upscale lifestyle property in Singapore's central business district.

Job Scope:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service periods, ensuring efficient service delivery, operational readiness, and compliance with brand standards and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards, handling guest feedback professionally, and driving guest satisfaction through personalised hospitality and effective floor leadership.
• Lead, coach, and support team members through effective supervision, task delegation, training, and collaboration with kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Support business performance through upselling, cost control, accurate POS and billing processes, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in a similar role within hospitality, F&B or related industries preferred.
• Good knowledge of operational procedures, quality standards and workplace safety practices.
• Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
