Senior Bartender (Central)

Location: Somerset

Work Hours: 5 days work week

Salary: Up to $2,900

Our client is a globally recognised luxury hotel brand operating an upscale lifestyle property in Singapore's central business district.

Job Scope:

• Prepare, mix, and serve beverages to the highest standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation in accordance with established recipes and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, providing beverage recommendations, and creating a welcoming bar experience.
• Support efficient bar operations through proper setup, stock replenishment, accurate POS transactions, cash handling, and maintaining an organised work environment.
• Uphold health, safety, hygiene, and company compliance standards while ensuring a clean, safe, and professional environment for both guests and team members.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in a similar role within hospitality, F&B or related industries preferred.
• Good knowledge of operational procedures, quality standards and workplace safety practices.
• Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
