Work Hours: 5 days work week

Our client is a globally recognised luxury hotel brand operating an upscale lifestyle property in Singapore's central business district.

Job Scope:

• Welcome and assist guests with reservations, seating arrangements, and dining enquiries, ensuring a warm, personalised, and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Manage guest flow, maintain accurate reservation records, and coordinate closely with service, bar, and culinary teams to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs, handling feedback professionally, promoting restaurant offerings, and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Uphold cleanliness, presentation, food safety, and service standards while maintaining a professional appearance, supporting team collaboration, and adhering to all health and safety procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in a similar role within hospitality, F&B or related industries preferred.
• Good knowledge of operational procedures, quality standards and workplace safety practices.
• Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
