Bartender Supervisor (Central)

Location: Somerset

Work Hours: 5 days work week

Salary: Up to $3,200

Our client is a globally recognised luxury hotel brand operating an upscale lifestyle property in Singapore's central business district.

Job Scope:

• Support the day-to-day bar operations by ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining beverage quality standards, and providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and mentor bar team members through on-the-job training, shift coordination, performance support, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment
• Assist in inventory management, stock control, ordering processes, and cost management to minimise wastage and ensure operational efficiency.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service, health and safety regulations, hygiene standards, and brand expectations while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in a similar role within hospitality, F&B or related industries preferred.
• Good knowledge of operational procedures, quality standards and workplace safety practices.
• Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
