Barista (Central)

Location: Somerset

Work Hours: 5 days work week

Our client is a globally recognised luxury hotel brand operating an upscale lifestyle property in Singapore's central business district.

Job Scope:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items while ensuring consistency, presentation, and adherence to established recipes and standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming café environment, taking orders accurately, handling feedback professionally, and building positive guest relationships.
• Maintain efficient daily operations through accurate POS transactions, stock replenishment, opening and closing procedures, and effective workflow management during busy periods.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards while maintaining a clean, organised workspace and collaborating closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in a similar role within hospitality, F&B or related industries preferred.
• Good knowledge of operational procedures, quality standards and workplace safety practices.
• Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
