SALES MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, coach, and mentor sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies, set sales goals/quotas, manage pipelines, and forecast revenue.
  • Performance Management: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, report to leadership, and adjust tactics as needed.
  • Customer & Market Focus: Build client relationships, negotiate contracts, identify new opportunities, and understand market trends.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and customer service teams on campaigns, messaging, and service models.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, often with prior management/leadership.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational abilities.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of products/services and customer needs.
  • Able to work at night shift.
