Job Summary
We are seeking a Design Engineer to design Good Class Bungalow (GCB).
Responsibilities
- Lead civil and structural design for Good Class Bungalow and landed house projects to meet client specifications and regulatory standards
- Prepare detailed engineering calculations, technical drawings, and submissions for authorities to secure project approvals
- Utilize AutoCAD and relevant design software to develop precise design documentation and plans
- Ensure all designs comply with Singapore’s building codes and regulations
- Manage project tasks independently, demonstrating responsibility and proactive problem-solving
- Apply IT skills to support design and documentation processes effectively
- Commit to delivering high-end residential house designs that meet client expectations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working on bungalow or Good Class Bungalow projects, contributing to design and delivery excellence
