Job Summary

Join Hwa Heng Beef Noodle as a Kitchen Assistant / Cook, supporting daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety in a fast-paced environment. Training provided; no experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily kitchen operations to support smooth food preparation and service flow
• Prepare food according to shop standards to ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, storage, and dishwashing areas to uphold hygiene standards
• Follow food safety protocols in all food handling, storage, preparation, and cleaning processes to ensure compliance
• Take ownership of assigned kitchen duties to contribute to efficient kitchen workflow
• Support other food preparation tasks as needed to meet operational demands
• Assist with front and back shop duties including service and cashiering to ensure smooth overall operations

Working Hours:

• 9 hours per day
• 6 days per week
