Work Hours: 5 days work week

Our client is a globally recognised luxury hotel brand operating an upscale lifestyle property in Singapore's central business district.

Job Scope:

• Support daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Prepare, deliver and maintain high-quality products/services in line with company standards.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and operational procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with team members to achieve productivity, quality and guest satisfaction goals.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and proper handling of equipment and supplies.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in a similar role within hospitality, F&B or related industries preferred.
• Good knowledge of operational procedures, quality standards and workplace safety practices.
• Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
