Regional Sales Manager

Our client is from MedTech Industry. They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to assist their Sales team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in West – easily accessible.

Duties

• Drive direct sales activities across government hospitals, private healthcare institutions, and specialist clinics throughout the APAC region.
• Develop and manage channel partner relationships to expand market coverage and strengthen regional business presence.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, including new accounts, market segments, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Build and cultivate strategic partnerships to generate sustainable revenue streams and support long-term business expansion.
• Achieve sales targets while leading business development efforts, with equal focus on revenue growth, market penetration, and customer acquisition.

Requirements

• Min 6 years of experience in sales within the MedTech or medical device industry
• Possess experience managing surgical medical devices for at least last 3 years.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage both clinical and administrative stakeholders
