Technical Engineer - Instrument

Key Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales technical support, including installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of precision measurement equipment.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues independently, both in-house and at customer sites.

• Deliver user training on equipment operation and software applications for newly installed systems.

• Travel overseas to provide technical support and customer assistance when required.

Requirements

• NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Perform after-sales field support for installation, calibration, and repair of measuring instruments

• 1–2 years of relevant technical support, service, or maintenance experience preferred; training will be provided for candidates with strong potential but limited experience.

• Able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Possession of a Class 3 driving licence is advantageous.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
