Job Summary

Support financial operations by managing accounts payable and receivable processes, contributing to accurate and timely financial record-keeping within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable transactions accurately to ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers
  • Manage accounts receivable activities to facilitate prompt collection and reconciliation of customer payments
  • Utilize accounting software, preferably Accpac, to record and track financial transactions efficiently
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation to support audit and reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial workflows
  • Support clerical and administrative tasks related to financial operations to enhance department efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Completion of Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A Level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Commerce or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in financial or administrative roles
  • Experience or specialization as a Junior Executive in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent

Other Information

  • Work schedule: 5.5 days per week
