Key Responsibilities
Support operations team and sales team with administrative duties
Generate and prepare documents, labels, tags, and product markings.
Maintain and update databases to ensure information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Assist in warehouse operations by identifying and picking specific light cargo items.
Verify and tally quantities of goods against packing lists, delivery orders, and inventory records.
Perform data entry and maintain proper filing of records and documents.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and inventory control.
Undertake general administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Min. NITEC
Detailed oriented
Alternate Saturdays (half day)
Able to perform basic warehouse-related tasks involving light cargo handling.
