Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Support operations team and sales team with administrative duties

  • Generate and prepare documents, labels, tags, and product markings.

  • Maintain and update databases to ensure information is accurate, complete, and up to date.

  • Assist in warehouse operations by identifying and picking specific light cargo items.

  • Verify and tally quantities of goods against packing lists, delivery orders, and inventory records.

  • Perform data entry and maintain proper filing of records and documents.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and inventory control.

  • Undertake general administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Min. NITEC

  • Detailed oriented

  • Alternate Saturdays (half day)

  • Able to perform basic warehouse-related tasks involving light cargo handling.
