Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily factory operations and production staff.
  • Coordinate production schedules and delivery arrangements.
  • Monitor stock levels and inventory control.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products.
  • Maintain workplace hygiene, food safety, and operational standards.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and delivery activities when required.
  • Train, guide, and monitor staff performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience in food manufacturing, production, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment.
  • Able to work on Sundays and Public Holidays on a rotating schedule.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
