Project Coordinator / IT Admin

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Keep track of IT asset movement and update the tracker and customer's Asset Management System (AMS)
- Ensure the soft copy forms are sent to the required parties within the timeline
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic documents ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Follow up closely with the engineers to ensure all forms and assets are in place
- Serve as the point of contact for asset reconciliation with the customer
- Return the reclaimed assets to the customer in a weekly basis
- Basic Troubleshooting for assets to ensure they are in working condition
Requirements:
- Diploma in IT or related field
- Min 2 years of experience in IT support , IT project coordination a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in work
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
