• Analyse Performance: Turn product, operational, and customer journey data into clear insights.
• Build Reporting: Create Excel templates, dashboards, and tracking structures for decision-making.
• Optimise Processes: Map business workflows, identify pain points, use cases and document practical improvements to current solutions.
• Coordinate Stakeholders: Align requirements, feedback, and progress across markets, development teams, and key business stakeholders to support effective delivery.
• Own Delivery: Manage defined work packages from analysis to stakeholder-ready output.
• Create & Maintain Documentation: Create and evolve Confluence documentation and user guides into trusted resources that empower users, improve product adoption, and create lasting operational impact.
Requirements
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to structure complex topics, interpret data, and turn findings into clear recommendations.
• Data Capability: Confident in using Excel and business intelligence tools to analyse data, build reports, and create dashboard-ready outputs.
• Digital Understanding: Interest or experience in digital products, product management/development, testing, or improvement topics.
• Process Thinking: Ability to understand workflows, customer journeys, and operational pain points in a structured way.
• Clear Communication: Able to create concise presentations, documentation, guides, and stakeholder-ready materials.
• Independent Ownership: Manage priorities, take responsibility for work packages, and deliver with precision.
• Cross-Market Collaboration: Work effectively with different teams, cultures, and stakeholder groups.
• AI Application: Confident using AI tools to support workflow automation, structured problem-solving, and practical digital assistants.
• Relevant Background: Currently pursuing university studies in IT, data analytics, information systems, business, marketing, or a related field and seeking a credit-bearing internship.
