Biotechnologist

The Biotechnologist 2 in Sanofi Tuas’ Modulus Manufacturing team is an operational role within either the Central Manufacturing Services or Process Manufacturing team. He/she will execute the manufacturing activities on the shopfloor. In so doing, contribute towards the safety, digital elements, compliance, business process improvements and operational activities of Sanofi Manufacturing.

During Routine Operations, the Biotechnologist 2 will be responsible of the following in their respective Manufacturing Operations Team (Process Manufacturing or Central Manufacturing Services):

• Complete full training and qualification to perform all operations relevant to manufacturing areas assigned.
• Perform well-defined operations procedures within GMP manufacturing adhering to corresponding safety and quality requirements.
• Perform general housekeeping activities including but not limited to facility & equipment monitoring, 6S housekeeping, and cleaning (material and surface disinfection).
• Competent user of digital and automation applications and software related to the manufacturing systems and work areas.
• Participate in investigations of deviations and exceptions (non-conformance) including process abnormalities and critical alarms in QMS. Take immediate actions to minimize product and schedule impact.
