Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fit-Out)

Location: East Singapore

Industry: Interior Fit-Out / Construction

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. Candidates with strong experience in tendering, cost estimation, procurement, and interior fit-out projects are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare tender documents, contracts, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

Review contract documents, variations, and claims

Prepare quotations for commercial and residential projects

Manage procurement activities and cost control

Source and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers

Perform cost estimation, budgeting, and tender submissions

Maintain updated knowledge of market rates and Schedule of Rates (SOR) for builder's works & M&E works

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience

Interior fit-out experience preferred

Strong knowledge of construction costs, market rates, and SOR

Experience in both builder's works and M&E works estimation

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
