Sports Liaison Personnel

Responsibilities

• Welcome members, parents, and visitors as the first point of contact at the club.

• Oversee reception tasks including enquiries, registrations, scheduling, and payment processing.

• Maintain a positive and professional club atmosphere.

• Support daily operations, ensuring classes and events run smoothly.

• Foster relationships with local and international schools to promote fencing programmes.

• Coordinate outreach initiatives, workshops, and programme trials in educational institutions.

• Cultivate strong partnerships with stakeholders and collaborators.

• Promote sales of fencing programmes, curriculum packages, and club memberships.

• Prepare tailored proposals and programme packages for diverse audiences.

• Assist in organising competitions, demonstrations, and promotional events.

• Contribute to marketing campaigns, including social media outreach and promotions.

• Prepare engaging presentations for school introductions and programme pitches.

• Manage administrative duties such as reporting, documentation, and database maintenance.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher (preferably in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related fields).

• Prior experience in sports, customer service, or a related industry is preferred.

• Experience in sales related to sports programmes, education packages, or memberships is advantageous.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and collaboratively.

• A passion for sports and youth development is highly valued.
