Senior Manager, HR

We are looking for a proactive Senior Manager of Human Resources to enhance HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle. This role emphasizes strategic leadership and efficiency, ensuring optimal workforce effectiveness and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive talent acquisition efforts, including manpower planning, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Partner with management to formulate hiring strategies that align with business objectives and promote employer branding initiatives.

• Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring consistent HR service delivery and governance during onboarding, performance evaluations, transfers, and exits.

• Manage payroll operations, ensuring precise and timely salary processing while complying with statutory obligations and auditing standards.

• Develop and maintain compensation frameworks, salary benchmarking, and annual review processes.

• Serve as an adviser on employee relations, handling disciplinary matters and fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Ensure adherence to employment regulations and manage audits, documentation, and compliance with internal HR policies.

• Collaborate with leadership to formulate and execute HR strategies that support business goals, while utilizing HR metrics to inform decision-making.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• A minimum of 8 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 to 5 years in a leadership capacity.

• Extensive knowledge of HR operations covering payroll and incentive structures.

• In-depth understanding of Singapore employment laws and regulatory frameworks.

• Experience in managing HR functions across multiple countries is an advantage.
