Project Manager

FMS HOSPITALITY PTE. LTD.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Able to handle inside sales calls and enquiries, quotations, documentation and engineering drawings
  • Sales Presentation to customers
  • Prepare tender documents
  • To receive and monitor inquiries systematically from regular customers
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to Customer requests
  • Work closely with Operations team, coordination of delivery schedules towards meeting the customers’ order requirement and be involved in dealing with quality issues
  • Prepare design, layout, general arrangement, detailed drawings and other documentation
  • Understanding, applying and communicating concepts behind RCU system
  • Technology and their implementation in our solutions to clients
  • Development of customer support materials such as technical manuals, application briefs and product data sheets for new and existing products
  • Liaise with main contractors and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electrical
  • Ability to converse fluently in English and Mandarin
  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
  • Independent, articulate and strong technical knowledge is desired
  • Experience in providing engineering services to the hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Hotel Room Control Unit (RCU)
