CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

- Plan, organize, and supervise daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate and manage site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to maintain smooth project execution.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure all works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Review project schedules and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve operational, technical, and safety issues.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and government authorities on project requirements and progress updates.
- Manage project costs, approve site expenditures, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore workplace safety regulations and company health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Prepare project reports, monitor key performance indicators, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor site management teams through practical industry experience and strong leadership skills gained from years of construction project management.
