Technical Officer/ Technician (Defects)

Duration: 1 year
Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm; May be required to work beyond 6:00 PM and on weekends during peak periods. Overtime will be paid for weekday work beyond 6pm and on weekends. Expected to commit to up to 2 Saturdays per month, subject to work exigencies only.

Responsibilities
- Enhanced QC / inspection at Tengah
- Managing and supervision of CCS rectification works for out of warranty Dwelling Units (DUs) which include technical assessments, implementation of CCS rectification works (eg PU works, localised rectifications etc)
- Supervision of Fan Coil Unit (FCU) servicing works, and rapid response for Tengah customers with CCS issues Supervision of the dismantling of FCUs for Sales of Balance Dust
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Willing to be rostered to work at night and Saturday.
- Able to work independently, as well as in a team in a challenging environment
