Key Responsibility

• Received documents from Customer or Customer’s origin counterpart
• Handle import and export shipment
• Checking (via portnet/carrier’s website/co-loader) & update customer on latest vessel status
• Permit declarations
• Preparing & releasing of D/O
• Arranging transportation/trucking & ensure timely delivery of container/cargoes
• Billing
• Problem solve for daily operation issues
• e-achieve documents into system
• Ad-hoc as assigned
