• Manage manpower allocation to support operational needs efficiently
• Issue invoices accurately to facilitate billing and payment processes
• Respond promptly to WhatsApp communications to maintain effective customer and team interactions
• Maintain physical fitness to handle the demands of the role, including lifting and moving products
• Read and comprehend simple English to understand instructions and documentation
