Air Import Customer Service Executive |East

The Job:
- Coordinate and oversee daily air import operations, including receipt, handling, and delivery of cargo.
- Ensure compliance with air cargo import regulations, company policies, and procedures.
- Liaise with customers, airlines, ground handlers, customs, and other stakeholders to ensure timely cargo clearance and delivery.
- Prepare and process import documentation, including air waybills, customs clearance documents, and invoices.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to customers and internal teams.
- Investigate and resolve shipment issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of cargo manifests, shipment details, and billing information.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing for imported shipments.
The Talent:
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
- Candidates without experience can apply (training will be provided).
- Prior experience in air import operations, freight forwarding, or logistics is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Conscientious with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment
