LEASING EXECUTIVE

About the role

The Leasing Executive will assist in sourcing of locations for the company including sourcing for new locations internationally in addition to the responsibilities to expand the business with the company's branding.

Key responsibilities

• Identifying and securing new location, identifying market segments and prospects of each brands

• Liaising with property agents, as well as lease management and negotiate leases and attend to tenancy-related matters

• Plan, establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships

• Responsible for preparing and checking of lease documents

• Maintain databases, prepare leasing reports, updating rent roll and market trends on a monthly basis

• Manage existing and new sites to ensure our requirements are met in supporting business growth

• Provide support in negotiating with landlords and site meetings

• Schedule and conduct periodic site inspection

• Preparation of tender documents and specifications to ensure smooth execution of tender exercise

• Handle existing renewal of lease for the brand and negotiate new terms

About you

• Diploma in Business Marketing, Real Estate or related discipline

• Experience in handling lease contract management

• Relevant working experience in handling legal documentation in a law firm would be an added advantage

• Able to work independently and under pressure

• Meticulous, organized and systematic
