As a Graduate HR Consultant, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle while working closely with organizations to shape impactful hiring decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across various industries such as Financial Services, Consumer & Retail, Technology, Engineering, and Legal & Compliance, positioning talent solutions to meet market needs.
- Execute targeted sourcing strategies and first-round interviews to identify candidates aligned with client branding and role requirements.
- Drive business growth & development through strategic client acquisition, account marketing, and long-term partnership building.
- Manage negotiations and close recruitment cases by aligning candidate value propositions with client hiring objectives.
