As a Graduate HR Consultant, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle while working closely with organizations to shape impactful hiring decisions. Beyond traditional recruitment, you’ll progressively take on client-facing responsibilities, sharpen your consulting and communication skills, and develop a deep understanding of how businesses build teams for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across various industries such as Financial Services, Consumer & Retail, Technology, Engineering, and Legal & Compliance, positioning talent solutions to meet market needs.
  • Execute targeted sourcing strategies and first-round interviews to identify candidates aligned with client branding and role requirements.
  • Drive business growth & development through strategic client acquisition, account marketing, and long-term partnership building.
  • Manage negotiations and close recruitment cases by aligning candidate value propositions with client hiring objectives.

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • No experience needed, mentorship & training provided.
