Senior Analyst (Digitalization)

We are looking for a Digitalization Senior Analyst to support and contribute to driving impactful digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

In this role, you will help translate business challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions—leveraging AI, automation, and modern data technologies to improve efficiency, decision-making, and operational performance.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end digitalization projects that generate measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Transformation & Process Improvement

• Support the design and delivery of digitalization initiatives, including process automation and system enhancements
• Work with stakeholders to identify business pain points and translate them into practical technical solutions
• Document and redesign business processes to improve efficiency and scalability

Data, AI & Automation

• Assist in building data pipelines, internal tools, and automation workflows
• Support implementation of AI solutions such as predictive analytics and automation use cases
• Contribute to the development of scalable and sustainable technology foundations

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and vendors to deliver projects end-to-end
• Evaluate and support management of third-party vendors and platforms
• Ensure proper documentation, governance, and maintainability of delivered solutions

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions
• Promote a culture of digital awareness and continuous process improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or related field
• 3 years experience contributing to digitalization or transformation projects and applying AI to solve business problems
• Exposure to operational or enterprise processes is a plus
• Programming experience (e.g. Python, Java, TypeScript)
• Strong SQL skills and data manipulation capabilities
• Hands-on experience with Power BI
