Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or related operations management.
- Proven ability to develop new food recipes and create menus.
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams.
- Experience in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and management.
- Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, and financial management.
- Willing to cover operational duties when manpower is short-handed.
- Preferably possess own vehicle and valid driving license.
- Ability to oversee company operational transactions and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
