Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or related operations management.
  • Proven ability to develop new food recipes and create menus.
  • Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams.
  • Experience in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and management.
  • Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, and financial management.
  • Willing to cover operational duties when manpower is short-handed.
  • Preferably possess own vehicle and valid driving license.
  • Ability to oversee company operational transactions and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
