About Us

QuickSales.ai is an AI agent platform helping SMEs run their entire customer journey on WhatsApp, with real enterprise partners and big-name collaborations already in motion. We're growing fast, closing deals, and now we need content that matches our energy — not stiff corporate slides nobody remembers.

We already have a Marketing Manager driving strategy — this role is about creative firepower: the person who dreams up the idea, shoots it, edits it, and gets it out the door before the trend dies.

What You'll Be Doing

• Planning and executing funny, viral, relatable short-form video content (think real-life situations, SME pain points, office humor — not "10 Benefits of AI Automation" slides)

• Writing scripts, storyboarding skits, jumping on trends before they're stale

• Filming, editing, and using AI tools to speed up production

• Working directly with the founding team — your ideas go straight to the people building the company, no layers of approval hell

• Learning AI product knowledge along the way (we'll train you — zero experience with AI/SaaS required)

• Occasionally getting a peek into how we work with major partners and real enterprise deals

What We're Looking For

• A genuinely creative, playful, out-of-the-box brain

• Someone who understands what makes content actually spread — memes, trends, relatable humor, not polished corporate vibes

• Comfortable being in front of or behind the camera, and/or editing skills (Capcut, Premiere, AI editing tools, whatever you use)

• Hungry to build something from scratch, not just execute a brief

• Heart. We're a small team building something real — we want someone who wants to grow with us, not just clock in

No portfolio in "marketing" specifically? Doesn't matter. Show us TikToks, reels, edits, memes, anything that proves you've got the instinct.

Compensation & Why This Is Worth It

Let's be upfront: this role is full commission-based — there's no fixed salary right now.

But here's what we do offer:

• All tools and software you need will be funded by us. Tell us what you need to do your best work — we'll support it.

• Direct access to the founding team. You're not buried in a marketing department — you're building alongside the people making the real decisions.

• Real upside. Successful contributors will be offered an equity contract — and once we close a successful fundraise, contributors may also be brought on full-time, depending on performance, fit, and how things shape up at the time. Nothing is guaranteed on day one, but if you grow with us, we want to grow with you too.

• You'll pick up AI product knowledge and real startup operating experience — skills that are increasingly valuable no matter where your career goes next.

• We work with large enterprise partners, and our network runs deep — so you'll get visibility that goes way beyond a typical startup, plugged into real enterprise deals, not just theory. QuickSales.ai itself is one of our most recently launched products, so you're getting in at the ground floor of something with serious momentum behind it.

Work Arrangement

• Remote-first — work from wherever you're most creative

• Occasional in-person meetups near Havelock MRT when needed (team syncs, content shoots, etc.)
