An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a seasoned administrative specialist to oversee comprehensive workplace operations and facilities management across multiple corporate business lines.

  • Direct the procurement of corporate office resources, monitor fixed assets, and track inventory levels.
  • Supervise third-party service providers and establish formal purchase orders within allocated budgets.
  • Oversee facilities maintenance, front-of-house reception services, and secure corporate archiving workflows.
  • Manage corporate access protocols, building security badges, and landlord relations.
  • Coordinate corporate business continuity frameworks and facilitate localized travel arrangements for visiting executives.

  • A recognized tertiary degree coupled with a minimum of 10 years of dedicated corporate administration experience.
