- Direct the procurement of corporate office resources, monitor fixed assets, and track inventory levels.
- Supervise third-party service providers and establish formal purchase orders within allocated budgets.
- Oversee facilities maintenance, front-of-house reception services, and secure corporate archiving workflows.
- Manage corporate access protocols, building security badges, and landlord relations.
- Coordinate corporate business continuity frameworks and facilitate localized travel arrangements for visiting executives.

- A recognized tertiary degree coupled with a minimum of 10 years of dedicated corporate administration experience.
