Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring timely issue resolution and a high standard of customer experience.
Support customer onboarding, implementation, and product adoption, helping clients maximize value
Build strong customer relationships, proactively identifying customer needs, risks, and opportunities to improve retention and satisfaction
Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, escalate feedback, and drive effective customer outcomes.
Maintain accurate customer records, issue tracking, and documentation to support efficient service delivery.
Develop and improve internal processes, workflows, and SOPs to enhance operational scalability and service excellence
