Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support office relocation activities, including move planning, scheduling, and office setup

• Liaise with movers, contractors, IT vendors, suppliers, and building management to ensure smooth operations

• Oversee workstation, meeting room, and office equipment setup during relocation

• Prepare relocation documents, inventories, floor plans, and employee communications

• Manage office assets, access cards, and administrative arrangements

• Monitor project timelines and support post-move operational readiness

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any field

• Prior experience in office administration, facilities coordination, project coordination, or office relocation preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
