As a Principal Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Lead and manage the physiotherapy team
- Deliver physiotherapy treatments and educate patients.
- Assess and oversee patients referred for physiotherapy across diverse clinical environments.
- Conduct educational sessions for nurses to enhance team cohesion and for patients to boost health literacy.
- Independently evaluate and treat patients referred for physiotherapy.
- Provide supervision, leadership and team development of therapist.
- Adhere to clinical and service protocols.
- Offer educational presentations to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
- At least a Degree in Physiotherapy
- Possess a valid full registration with Allied Health Professionals Council (AHPC)
- At least 7-8 years of managerial and leadership experience
