Job Summary
An organised HR professional to manage daily HR operations, recruitment support, and compliance to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related administrative matters.
- Maintain accurate employee records in both digital and physical formats.
- Update HR systems for new hires, employee movements, and resignations.
- Support monthly payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and HR reporting.
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Administer employee insurance enrolments, updates, claims submissions, and follow-ups.
- Prepare job postings, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Support internship and trainee programmes when required.
- Assist in organising employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and company events.
- Prepare internal HR communications, reports, and presentation materials.
- Support updates to HR policies, procedures, and ensure alignment with MOM regulations.
- Participate in internal HR audits and contribute to HR process and system improvements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- 2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Practical knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.
- Experience in HR operations, recruitment coordination, and employee data management.
- Ability to manage confidential HR information with discretion.
