Securities Transfers
• Process securities transfer requests accurately and within timelines.
• Follow up and resolve failed or outstanding transfers.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Controls & Risk Management
• Monitor and investigate stock and cash breaks.
• Perform daily control checks and risk assessments.
• Escalate any issues or deviations promptly.
Query Management
• Respond to and resolve operational queries.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Process Improvement
• Identify process gaps and support improvement initiatives.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines.
• 3-5 years of experience in banking operations.
