Admin/ Sales Coordinator (DO/PO)

Location: Jurong East (10 mins by bus from MRT)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: Up to $3200 per month

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and sales-related documents
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow up on sales orders and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain proper filing, documentation, and data entry records
  • Monitor inventory/orders and assist with stock coordination when required
  • Arrange meetings, appointments, and support daily office administration duties
  • Prepare reports, sales summaries, and other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management
  • Ensure timely processing of customer requests and maintain good customer relationships

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant admin/ sales support experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
