Facilities Technician (Building Services)

Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs for building facilities, including doors, taps, lighting, lifts, painting, and landscaping.
- Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues as needed.
- Carry out ad-hoc maintenance and repair works.
Requirements
- Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of building maintenance experience preferred.
- Knowledge of building maintenance materials and equipment.
