Basic Salary: Up to $3,200/month
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $6,000
Work Schedule: 5.5-Day Work Week
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences
- Welcome, seat, and attend to guests professionally and courteously
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages according to established service standards
- Anticipate guest needs and handle enquiries or feedback promptly
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of dining and lounge areas
- Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support opening, closing, and operational duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience in hotel F&B, formal dining restaurants, lounges, or similar hospitality environments preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working weekends, public holidays, and rotating schedules when required
- Team player with strong service excellence mindset
