Head of Procurement & Contracts (Infrastructure & Engineering)

Are you a strategic procurement leader with deep expertise in contract management and transformation? We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Procurement & Contracts to lead and elevate our procurement and contract management capabilities across complex infrastructure and engineering projects.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will drive procurement excellence, strengthen governance frameworks, and lead a transformation agenda that delivers measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement & tendering, including sourcing strategy, evaluations, and negotiations
• Oversee contract management (PSSCOC, SIA, FIDIC, Orgalime), including claims, disputes, and compliance
• Strengthen procurement governance, policies, SOPs, and internal controls
• Drive digital transformation & process improvements with measurable KPIs
• Lead, develop, and mentor the team while partnering with senior stakeholders across the business

Requirements

• Degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Law, or related field
• 10+ years in procurement, contracts, or construction-related roles
• Strong knowledge of standard contract forms
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and transformation experience
• Familiarity with e-procurement systems and digitalization initiatives
