Job Summary

You will provide facial treatments and beauty therapies while supporting sales and service goals. You will work closely with the shop manager and team to deliver quality customer care in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver facial treatments using hands-on techniques to meet client care standards
• Apply knowledge of skin and body care products to recommend suitable treatments and products
• Communicate clearly with clients to explain treatment procedures and address their questions
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure thorough and safe service delivery
• Collaborate with the shop manager and team to achieve sales and service performance targets
• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment while maintaining passion and professionalism
• Follow the assigned work schedule, including weekend and public holiday shifts
• Provide customer service that helps clients feel comfortable and understood

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum five years of experience in facial service
