- Job Summary
- You will perform a variety of haircare services including cutting, washing, blow-drying, styling, scalp treatments, and hair coloring to meet customer expectations in a fast-paced salon environment.
- Responsibilities
- Deliver hair cutting services using your five years of experience to achieve customer satisfaction
- Perform hair washing and blow-drying to prepare clients for styling or treatments
- Apply hair and scalp treatments to improve hair health and client comfort
- Execute hair coloring techniques accurately to meet client requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
- Follow instructions and complete ad-hoc duties assigned by the shop manager promptly
- Provide attentive customer service during retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to support smooth salon operations
- Adhere to the scheduled weekday off and work hours with punctuality and responsibility
- Collaborate with colleagues as an outgoing team member while also contributing independently
- Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in hair cutting
- Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and team members
- Ability to work under supervision and adapt to fast-paced salon conditions
- Strong sense of punctuality and responsibility to meet work schedules
