Site Supervisor

Job responsibilities:

• Supervise in the construction work such as erecting structures, concrete form works and scaffolding.

• Supervise in unloading and loading of construction materials, including materials distribution.

• Supervise the mix and pour concrete and asphalt, and level concrete and earth using trowels and shovels.

• Supervise the demolition, removal of debris, clean up spills and remove hazardous material.

• Supervise the lifting operations of heavy equipment.

• Supervise and manage workers.

• Manage materials and equipment efficiently to ensure no wastage.

• Enforce the implementation of occupational health and safety procedures in accordance to Project’s Safety Regulations.

• Enforce and manage the permit to work system at site(s).

• Comply to all QA/QC procedures and implement CONQUAS standard for site works on site(s).

• Prepare daily report for related works.

• Ensure the progress of works is on schedule.

• Supervise and manage sub-contractors to carry out their works accurately and timely in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications.

• Any related ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field

• Minimum 2 years of related working experience

• Relevant skill certificates will be an added advantage

• A good team player with ability to meet tight deadlines

• Possess high level of initiative, strong interpersonal and communication skills

Other information:

• 6-days work week

• This position will be based/located at construction site
